Origin:

Moria Slate Graduate of the New york university of parapyschology under the teachings of Dr Spengler with top honors. She move to Vibora Bay after collage to study the various Magic, and spectral related happenings in the city. Little is known about the accident that damaged her body only that a mixture of demonic and divine energy was involved . She herself remembers little of the incident, and what little she does remember doesn't incline her to investigate. Her body was badly burned as well as charged with energy. She was immediately taken to Dr ka for treatment were the energy was stabilized. While Doctor ka stabilized her soul her body was another matter entirely She was transferred to the Mercy hospital in millennium city. Her cyber ware was designed in collaboration between herself,jury rig (who she was friends with and worked with),And James Harman of harman industries. She currently practices In millennium city due to the trauma she suffered in vibora bay. (more on this in weakness.)

Powers:
She come equipped with the latest parapyschology technology that current science can produce much of it her design.
Whatever happened in the incident left her body with an ectroplasmic charge making her body a living battery,unfortunately it also wrecked her body beyond natural healing. The cyber body and her equipment is designed to run off of this supernatural energy. Her gun is a specialize tool designed to disrupt the energy of ghosts making formation on the physical world all but impossible, forcing spirits back into the spectral realm. when used of a living target it attempts to remove the soul from the body, fortunately since a soul is anchored to a living body this justs knocks opponents out cold. She is accompanied by four robots named after her teachers Peter, Harold,Ray,Winston. Harold and Peter are her munitions bots modified(pictured here) modified for ghost removal. Her support bots Ray,winston can heal any injury physical or spiritual in nature.The rest of her technology is modified Harman ind components medical nanites,energy shelid and sensors allowing to be effective against spiritual attack. her connection to the spiritual world allows her to teleport allowing mobility few can match.

Weaknesses:

While her body is stronger then most humans, It wasn't designed with combat in mind, she can fight and fight well but a strong opponent will leave her vulnerable. Also she is equipped to fight spectral enemies not physical criminals though she isn't bad at it as you can see.The primary concern is her mental fortitude.(see Personality profile)
 
Personality Profile:

She is a brilliant scientist. She is one of the leading experts in her field.kinda distant but friendly enough once you get to know her. However she is a bit scatter brained. She always has some project or another in varing states of completion, she is always working on ways to improve her cyber body, her robots,or other projects. Their is one major concern UNTIL is wary of, Her accident. She will not talk about it nor can Psionic screening reviel anything. There are signs pointing to a psychic block one being reinforced by her traumatic experiences. Until she gathers the will to break though that block she will likely never remember what exactly happened. Their is one clue though When she enountered anihita in the deasert,she had a panic attack that left Moria frozen. why exactly she doesn't know she only calmed down when anihita used her healing abilities on her. when the angel was finished Moria was muttering "not the one." then more confidently "She is not the one". When asked what she ment by that she responded "you weren't the one who attacked me." which raises a number of questions Who attacked Dr moria? Why? Is anihita involved in some way to the attack? When questioned anihita claimed ignorance. Dr slate vouched of her saying that her energy was not the same signature that attacked her. What this means bares looking into. It is suggested by this agent that a careful eye should be monitoring this situation.

While I would have liked to have used something more spooky as the picture sometimes you work with what you can manage and this was a good screen shot. This character is a homage to the ghostbuster movies,and cartoon series that I watched when I was a kid. In my mind their are three movies that you have to watch to be an american the blues brothers,starwars,and the ghostbusters. Rest in peace Harold You will be missed.
